Corporate AI Training, Strategy & Implementation

Training.Strategy.Implementation.

A practical, tailored AI implementation programme for your business. We prepare with your managers, train your team on real work, and set up a knowledge system your business controls.

South African teams. Over 18 years training and education experience. Backed by GKnect Managed IT for technical security.

A focused programme for ChatGPT and Claude

The main programme focuses on ChatGPT and/or Claude, selected to suit your business. We can discuss other tools during the needs assessment.

Four reasons teams work with us.

We train, set up and leave behind a system your team actually uses. Here is what makes this programme different from the AI workshops you have seen before.

Your team remembers what we teach.

We train on your real work, not textbook examples. Every person leaves with written steps for their own tasks.

We focus on ChatGPT and Claude.

We focus on ChatGPT and/or Claude, chosen to fit your team and the work you need to improve.

Your data stays safe.

Safe workspaces configured in week one. Clear rules for what staff can and cannot put into AI. A short document for your compliance file.

Every person is trained on their own job.

Finance learns finance work. Marketing learns marketing work. Managers learn how to run a team that uses AI well.

You paid for AI. Your team still works the old way.

Having access to an AI tool is only the start. We first understand how your business works, then help your team apply ChatGPT and/or Claude to suitable tasks.

Why paying for a subscription is only the start.

Access was granted, a short demo was done, and then everyone drifted back to how they always worked. The results people do get from AI are inconsistent. Nobody is sure what is safe to put in. The business bought the tool and got nothing back.

We rebuild your actual processes with AI.

We pick two or three real jobs your team does every week. We rebuild them with AI during live working sessions. We write the steps down. Every person on the team can repeat the result on their own.

  • Live sessions on your real work
  • Written steps your team can repeat
  • Follow-up training and workflow refinement across four weeks

The knowledge system you keep.

Most AI training ends when the trainer leaves. Ours leaves behind the thing that makes it stick. Your own private knowledge system, running on your own computers, built with your team during the programme.

Your company knowledge base.

Your business defines, owns and edits its official knowledge base. It contains the company information you choose to include, organised so AI can use it while remaining clear for people to read. It is stored on your business computers with an online backup. Individual employees’ AI conversations do not change this shared company resource.

Personal knowledge and the Knowledge Layer.

As employees use AI for their work, their own personal knowledge layer develops from that work and adapts to the tasks they do. This personal work context is kept separate rather than pooled into one shared employee store. The Knowledge Layer indexes the relevant information across separate layers and uses only what each person is authorised to access. Useful material can be added to the company knowledge base when the business chooses to review and include it.

A view of connected knowledge: information is indexed so the AI can find relevant context and give more useful answers.

Why the training actually sticks.

Most AI training is forgotten in a week. Here is why ours is still being used in month six.

Slideshow training.

  • Generic examples that look nothing like your work
  • Prompt cheat sheets that do not match your tasks
  • A certificate, then silence
  • Six weeks later, nobody uses it

Working on your own tasks.

  • Live sessions on your real recurring processes
  • Written steps that match the way your team already works
  • Stored in your knowledge system and searchable by your team
  • Six months later, your team is faster at the work that matters

We focus on ChatGPT and/or Claude, chosen to fit your team’s work and budget.

What we set up in week one.

We begin by understanding your business, agreeing the tools and access rules, and preparing the team before real work is brought into AI.

Your agreed needs and safe-use rules guide the setup and training from the start.

  • Use the agreed business accounts.

Staff use the approved ChatGPT and/or Claude workspace and follow the access rules set with your business.

  • Keep sensitive information protected.

Know what may be entered, what must stay out and when information needs to be removed or anonymised.

  • Share only what the task needs.

Give the AI the minimum relevant information and use only material you are authorised to access.

  • Check important facts and figures.

Review calculations, claims, sources and details before using AI output in business work.

  • Review before taking action.

Check AI-written messages, documents and suggested changes before sending, publishing or applying them.

How the programme works.

Before training begins, we work with your managers to understand the business and agree what success should look like. Then the four-week programme is tailored around your team.

Before day one: understand the business.

We meet with managers to map your goals, teams, current tools, recurring work, data considerations and practical constraints. We agree the right ChatGPT and/or Claude setup, the workflows to focus on and what the programme should deliver. Training and setup start only once we have a sufficiently full picture of your needs and an agreed plan.

01 Foundations, safety and setup.

For a larger group, day one begins with a shared session on AI fundamentals, risks, safe use and what staff should and should not do. We then move into one-to-one platform setup and hands-on, role-specific training, and start applying it to suitable work.

02 Check-in and policy planning.

We check that access and workflows are working, answer questions and provide further training. Managers and our team shape an AI-use policy for the business to review and approve.

03 Company knowledge and Knowledge Layer.

Once enough useful business information has been gathered, we organise the company knowledge base and install the Knowledge Layer, which indexes approved information to help AI find the right context. We also identify any additional role-specific skills staff need to practise in week four.

04 Role skills and next steps.

We tailor practical skills training to the needs identified with managers and staff, agree a skills plan, review what is working and discuss ongoing support through an optional service-level agreement.

Who this is for.

We take on three types of team. If you recognise your business here, the programme will almost certainly work for you.

Teams already paying for AI, getting no value back.

You bought the licences months ago. Usage reports are flat. The output your team gets from AI is uneven and nobody can tell you why. We fix the gap between access and outcomes.

Teams that have never used AI, starting from scratch.

You know you need to move. You do not want to find out six months later that a staff member pasted customer data into a tool with the wrong terms of service. We give you the safe starting point.

Teams in regulated industries that need rules and a paper trail.

Financial services, legal, health, insurance. You need written rules, a compliance file and a setup that stands up to an audit. That is exactly what week one delivers.

Not for home users or hobbyists.

This programme is built for working teams inside a business. If you are learning AI for personal use, we can point you to self-study options.

Who does the training.

Our team runs the programme. Over 18 years combined training and education experience, plus six years setting up business systems for South African companies. We know how teams actually adopt new tools, how processes break under pressure, and what it takes to make a change stick after the trainer leaves the room.

The technical security side is handled by GKnect Managed IT, our own in-house MSP. The team that trains your people and the team that locks down your network sit in the same office.

We prefer to deliver the main programme in person so we can work face-to-face with managers and staff. Remote delivery can be discussed when on-site training is not practical. The one-day AI Foundations & Safe Use session can be delivered remotely. Our own team delivers every programme.

We build the system that keeps running after we leave. That is the whole job.

Common questions.

A clear picture of your needs comes first. We do not begin training or setup until we understand what your business needs and agree the plan with you.

What happens before training starts?

We meet with managers to understand your goals, teams, current tools, recurring work, data considerations and practical constraints. Together we agree the outcomes, platform choice, workflows and plan. Nothing starts until we have a sufficiently full picture of your needs.

Is the programme tailored to our business?

Yes. The needs assessment shapes the training, examples, workflows, knowledge setup and skills plan. We work with suitable real tasks from your business rather than delivering the same course to every team.

Which AI tools do you use in the programme?

The main programme focuses on ChatGPT and/or Claude. We help you choose the option, or combination, that best fits your business needs. Where suitable, we may also introduce Codex or Claude Code for tasks involving files and computer-based work. Despite the names, staff can use these tools through ordinary-language instructions and do not need to know how to code.

How do you train staff to use AI safely?

Staff learn to use approved accounts, protect confidential and personal information, share only what a task needs, check important facts and figures, and review AI output before sending it or taking action. Managers and our team also work on an AI-use policy for the business to review and approve.

What work can the team apply AI to?

Depending on your needs, examples may include finance summaries and variance commentary, management reports, recurring documents and procedures, meeting notes and action lists, proposal drafts, internal communications, and other repeatable work. We select suitable tasks with your managers and staff.

How does the company knowledge base work?

Your business defines and edits the official company knowledge base. Each employee’s personal work knowledge layer develops from their own AI-assisted work and adapts to the tasks they do. Personal work context is not automatically pooled into one shared employee knowledge base. The Knowledge Layer keeps information in separate layers and indexes it so the AI can find relevant context according to the access rules agreed with your business. The business decides what useful material to review and add to its company knowledge base.

What should we have ready before day one?

Nominate the staff who will take part and make sure they have their work computers. Gather useful documents, examples and process notes, and identify recurring tasks you would like to improve. We will agree any required ChatGPT or Claude accounts and access arrangements during the needs assessment, so you do not need to guess in advance.

What will we have at the end?

Your business retains control of its platform accounts and administration. Your team leaves with practical training, agreed safe-use guidance, written steps for selected workflows, the company knowledge base and Knowledge Layer setup, and a skills plan. We can also discuss ongoing support under an optional service-level agreement.

Is the programme on-site or remote?

We prefer to deliver the main programme on-site so we can help staff face-to-face and work alongside the team. If on-site delivery is not practical, we can discuss remote delivery. The separate AI Foundations & Safe Use session can be delivered remotely.

Does the programme make us POPIA-compliant?

No training programme can by itself make an organisation POPIA-compliant. We include privacy and data handling in the agreed setup and staff guidance. For a legal compliance opinion, we work alongside your legal team.

Do you train financial services teams?

Yes. We shape examples and safe-use guidance around the team's work and the requirements raised during the needs assessment. Any legal or regulatory interpretation should be confirmed with your compliance or legal advisers.

How much does the programme cost?

Pricing depends on team size, the workflows to address and how the programme is delivered. We will first understand your needs, then provide a proposal based on the agreed plan.

Ready to see how your team actually uses AI?
